Product Introduction
A water chiller is an industrial refrigeration unit that employs air cooling to facilitate heat exchange via a compression refrigeration cycle. The core workflow is as follows:
Refrigerant Cycle: The compressor raises the gaseous refrigerant to a high-temperature, high-pressure state. Subsequently, the refrigerant is cooled and liquefied by an air-cooled condenser. It then passes through a throttle valve where it undergoes a pressure reduction and evaporates, absorbing heat in the process. This creates a continuous refrigeration cycle.
Heat Dissipation Method: Unlike water-cooled equipment, a water chiller uses a fan to force air flow across the condenser to dissipate heat, eliminating the need for an external cooling water source.
